Our family relocated from North Carolina to Wilton in August of 2011 for work, and settled into an apartment when we first arrived in CT. Colleen was amazing to work with! I was looking for a place in the Ansonia/Derby area. It’s usually hard to find a nice home there since The Valley is notorious for its rough areas. However, Colleen was able to answer all my questions and did so in such a professional manner. Fast forward some years later and we can not think of anyone else but Dan to sell our house and steer us hand in hand towards our forever home.
