My fiancé and I were under tight time constraints as we were moving from out of state and had specific needs for our home such as being within walking distance to the train, having a back yard for our dogs and having the house as close to move in ready as possible. Wanda did everything I could ever have asked her to do when I sold my house this past April. She helped me to set a price and then made many recommendations that were needed before the house was ready to be shown.
