I had such a wonderful experience working with Fran. New to the area and unsure where rent and subsequently buy a house, Fran spent endless hours with my family and I viewing homes and showing us different neighborhoods. She has such a wealth of knowledge about CT and was so patient with us during both our rental process and subsequently when we purchased our home in Trumbull. I would most highly recommend to her to anyone looking to buy or rent a home in CT.

We first met Ian a few months ago over Facetime while still living out in Los Angeles, hoping we'd find someone great to help us transition to Fairfield County. BOY DID WE HIT THE JACKPOT! Ian is kind, patient and SMART. He knows the area well, as he has lived in a few towns in Fairfield County himself. He also has a keen eye for details a homeowner might not be thinking about, such as the "guts" (as Ian describes them) of the house (boiler, water heater, roof, etc). Ian found some places for us to see, and guided us to ultimately choose the home we bought. After we were in contract, Ian very intelligently asked if the sellers would be willing to meet with us in person to show us their house, because no one knows the house like the owners! This is NOT typical, but it is SO brilliant. And he didn't stop there! Ian has a list of trusted people to help out with any needs you may have for your new home, and we are already in good hands with a contractor he recommended. Ian is not your typical real estate agent -- he really cares and I couldn't recommend working with him enough. You won't be sorry.

Lindsay was great all the way through. I had found several properties on various sites on the internet and she was able to take me to tour them at my convenience which was difficult since I was relocating from NYC. In addition she researched and found properties I had overlooked in my search. It didn't take long for Lindsay to hone into our needs and desired areas and find us a house that we love. She was also great at negotiating over 3k in repairs needed to save the garage, which would have been a deal breaker for us. Lindsay is warm and professional and was wonderful to work with.

I felt very lucky to have Lisa list and sell my mothers townhouse! She was very hands-on and involved from the very beginning. She did a thorough job researching the market and suggested what needed to be done to fetch the highest price. Lisa set me up with all the trustworthy contractors I needed and I pulled the project off in record time thanks to Lisa. She used her vast knowledge of real estate to target and contact potential buyers that resulted in offers starting the first day! It closed as a cash deal within 1 month for over the asking price! Meanwhile the exact same unit next door had been on the market long before mine, with a different agent, for less money, and still had not sold when I closed! I've sold several houses before with various real estate agents, but Lisa was by far the most knowledgeable and working with her was easy and painless. I highly recommend Lisa for all real estate transactions!

We found Lisa Jones via Zillow and are very grateful that we did. Firstly, Lisa is a pleasure to work with, her personality is engaging and fun. She possesses a wealth of knowledge about Fairfield County and has an extensive network of support (lawyers, insurance agents, pet care assistants, housekeepers, etc!) that really aides newcomers to this part of the state. Some agents can be difficult to track down and slow to respond to even the simplest inquiries. Not Lisa. She is prompt and many times responded to our requests in the wee hours. From start to finish the process was literally stress free and we wholeheartedly recommend her.

Andrei worked with my wife and me to sell our Condo. He was very upfront about all of the various factors that would go into selling our condo, and made us feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire process. He was spot on with his estimate regarding the price of our condo, and because we listened to his advice, our Condo sold within a week. We had about two weeks to find our forever home as we accepted an offer on our (old) home. In this crazy Covid market homes go in one day. Nalini would get us in to see houses ASAP. Couldn't have found our forever home without her. She is so responsive and professional. Highly recommend!
