I had such a wonderful experience working with Fran. We first met Ian a few months ago over Facetime while still living out in Los Angeles, hoping we'd find someone great to help us transition to Fairfield County. BOY DID WE HIT THE JACKPOT! Ian is kind, patient and SMART. He knows the area well, as he has lived in a few towns in Fairfield County himself. He also has a keen eye for details a homeowner might not be thinking about, such as the "guts" (as Ian describes them) of the house (boiler, water heater, roof, etc). Ian found some places for us to see, and guided us to ultimately choose the home we bought. After we were in contract, Ian very intelligently asked if the sellers would be willing to meet with us in person to show us their house, because no one knows the house like the owners! This is NOT typical, but it is SO brilliant. And he didn't stop there! Ian has a list of trusted people to help out with any needs you may have for your new home, and we are already in good hands with a contractor he recommended. Ian is not your typical real estate agent -- he really cares and I couldn't recommend working with him enough. You won't be sorry.

Lindsay was great all the way through. I had found several properties on various sites on the internet and she was able to take me to tour them at my convenience which was difficult since I was relocating from NYC. In addition she researched and found properties I had overlooked in my search. It didn't take long for Lindsay to hone into our needs and desired areas and find us a house that we love. She was also great at negotiating over 3k in repairs needed to save the garage, which would have been a deal breaker for us. Lindsay is warm and professional and was wonderful to work with.

I've sold several houses before with various real estate agents, but Lisa was by far the most knowledgeable and working with her was easy and painless. We found Lisa Jones via Zillow and are very grateful that we did. Firstly, Lisa is a pleasure to work with, her personality is engaging and fun. She possesses a wealth of knowledge about Fairfield County and has an extensive network of support (lawyers, insurance agents, pet care assistants, housekeepers, etc!) that really aides newcomers to this part of the state.
