I met Rich in a house where he was the listing agent. My first impression was he is a humble and easy-going guy. Then I hired him as my realtor for my house searching. She was incredibly communicative and regularly provided new listings to us that met our criteria as well as some other options for comparison/to broaden our knowledge of the housing market. Karen knew all of the areas we were looking in (Fairfield, Westport, and Norwalk) extremely well. She was able to highlight areas of each town and often gave us tours of popular areas in between showing us homes so that we could get a better feel of what each town had to offer. Lastly, Karen was incredible during the negotiation process. She was able to give us realistic and fair suggestions to have our offer accepted while still getting a good deal. She is well-connected and knows many other realtors in the area as well as can provide recommendations for inspectors, brokers, and contractors for getting quotes on work that may need to be done post-inspection. We are ecstatic with our home and were extremely pleased with having Karen as our realtor throughout the entire process
