She wrote a great listing, staged the house so well, and took really wonderful photos. She was aggressive to sell and worked hard for it! I utilized Joanne for selling two properties. One went to negotiations in about 2 months and the other within 2 weeks. She was very accurate with the values of the properties, but still did a great job at negotiating to get me the most money possible.
