I've known Ken for years, and let me tell you, he's the real deal when it comes to real estate. What makes Ken special is how he can look at a house and just 'get it' - he sees stuff that most people would miss. Ken used to work in construction when he was young, so he really knows his stuff about how houses are built. Plus, he's got a good head for the money side of things too. When I was looking at houses, he'd point out things about the structure or the quality that I never would've noticed on my own. It was like having a secret weapon! Since Ken's also been an investor and run his own business, he's got a great eye for what makes a property valuable. He doesn't just look at what a house is like now, but what it could be in the future. That was super helpful when I was trying to decide if a place was worth buying. When I bought my last house, Ken showed me things about it that I hadn't even thought about. He was straight up about both the good and the not-so-good parts, which really helped me make up my mind. I felt like I knew exactly what I was getting into. What I really like about Ken is that he doesn't just focus on the problems with a house - he also sees the potential. He'd tell me stuff like, "Yeah, this needs work, but if you fix it up, it could be amazing." That kind of thinking was really eye-opening for me.
