I met Maryann years ago when I worked in real estate for a brief time. From the moment I met her, I knew that if I were ever going to buy or sell a home, she would be the agent for me. Maryann is a rare combination of field expertise, street smarts, great connections, and a truly caring/ethical nature wrapped in a witty and fun personality which made the entire home finding process both educational and upbeat. She works very hard and is someone with whom you will feel totally comfortable with from start to finish like working with a dear friend. You don't feel as though you are working with someone in sales as there is no sales pressure from her, she just goes to work and pulls it altogether like a magician with a big smile and sense of humor that is tough to keep up with. Maryann knew exactly what I wanted and after close to a year of looking, she went the extra mile and found the perfect home for me which was not even on the market. This is where experience and connections come in and Maryann has those in abundance. Through her diligence and networking skills, she found the right home for me. I made an offer within a day, it was accepted and the property was never listed on the MLS. I still cannot believe she found this perfect home for me. But what impressed me most about Maryann is her work ethic throughout the buying stage taking the initiative to make the calls, write the emails and ask the right questions on my behalf to keep the wheel turning when I was sidelined for a while with the passing of a close family member. I cannot thank her enough for what she did. Maryann is an understated top agent who is truly at the top of her field. Even after I closed, Maryann provided me with valuable resources and contacts for contractors and services that were spot-on perfect. I'm relieved to be settled in my new home, but I miss those fun and educational home hunting adventures with Maryann, she's the best!

As first-time home buyers, we definitely gave Andrei a run for his money. He must have shown us 70 or more houses. In hindsight we were so fickle and difficult to deal with, but he remained professional and patient throughout. He found us a house that we have grown into and absolutely love. Im writing this review three years later.... and we're still so appreciative for all his efforts. He's a great realtor and we highly recommend him.

I was the buyer and Susan was the buyer's agent for our purchase. She was extremely patient and detail oriented, Intuitive and aware of market patterns and trends. She was also amazing with our kids ! I would highly recommend and use again!!!!!

Working with Andrei was time well spent. He showed me about 5 houses and one of those, is now the house I live in. So he understood what I was looking for and no time was wasted. If you call/text or email him he will respond right away so that was very helpful to me. His negotiation skills were also up to par. He took notes on what was important or not important to me and with that information created & delivered a nice thorough summary of what I was willing to pay for the property and why. He also can recommend professional, friendly and very good key personnel such as; inspectors, mortgage brokers, electricians, etc... I'll be calling him when it's time to sell my house!
