Olivia Heffernan, originally from Wallingford, Connecticut, had an outstanding high school soccer career which led her to continue playing for Southern Connecticut State University Women’s Soccer Team, where she graduated with a bachelor degree in Therapeutic Recreation. After college Olivia went on to travel around the country as her college boyfriend played professional football for the Pittsburgh Steelers, Dallas Cowboys, Buffalo Bills, and the Jacksonville Jaguars. Olivia welcomed the opportunity to travel and live around the country and her favorite part was finding beautiful places for her and her boyfriend to live. As a result she became quite the house hunter and verse in many different kinds of houses and communities.

Upon returning home to Connecticut, Olivia was looking for ways to showcase her talents. Being so involved in fitness her entire life, it made perfect sense foe her to launch Pro Limit Athletes, LLC which she co-owns. Building a business from the ground up has given Olivia an entrepreneur mindset that encouraged her to get her real estate license and become a Realtor. In joining the Vanderblue Team, she has taken her leadership talents to working with buyers and sellers in helping attain their real estate needs. Her consumer-centric spirit coupled with her focus and determination makes her a perfect fit for the Team, and for the clients that she has the pleasure of working with.
