A native New Yorker with a background in the worlds of entertainment, litigation, and business development, Katharine leverages all her varied experience for the benefit of her esteemed clientele.

Katharine brings together several unique sets of experiences, each of which plays a part in her success as a well-rounded real estate agent. Formally educated as a professional opera singer, she holds a B.A. in Music - Opera Performance from SUNY Purchase in NY as well as a Master's Degree in Music - Opera Performance from Texas Christian University in Dallas Fort Worth, TX, where she was grateful to have received a full scholarship.

Following several years singing professionally, Katharine gained substantial experience as a litigation assistant in NYC, working at top law firms including Kirkland & Ellis and Gibson Dunn & Crutcher. She also has additional contract drafting experience from her work at Universal Music Group in Santa Monica, CA, and most recently as Head of Business Development for RLTY Capital, a finance-focused real estate firm that has partnered up with Million Dollar Listing's Ryan Serhant.

Katharine speaks Spanish, French, Italian, and German, and celebrates the unique and amazing cultural diversity that NYC and the surrounding areas have to offer.

Some of her favorite things in life are interior design, photography, film, comedy, and yoga; she listens carefully to her clients' stories and needs so as to most effectively simplify their real estate process.
