Throughout her tenure, she honed a versatile skill set, covering accounting, technology, operations, sales, and marketing. Having achieved her lifelong dream of living in California and starting her own Marketing Consulting firm, Mrs. Fiscella thrives on combining her creativity and business acumen while indulging in her love for nature.

With a passion for design and real estate, Mrs. Fiscella successfully bought and transformed a Connecticut property at a significant gain. Encouraged by this achievement, she decided to pursue her aspirations of working in real estate and interior design. Mrs. Fiscella is a Design Consultant at Arhaus in Greenwich, CT, and a licensed Real Estate Agent with Chilton and Chadwick/Higgins Group. Dedicated to helping clients bring their properties to life through thoughtful design and expert real estate advice, Mrs. Fiscella leverages her unique blend of skills and experience to deliver exceptional service.

Originally from Long Island, Kathleen spent her summers swimming in the Atlantic and boating with her family around Block Island. As a water sign with a deep-rooted connection to the coast, she now brings her experience with high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients to a specialty in Coastal and Waterfront properties. For Summer 2025, she will expand her portfolio to include seasonal rental properties as well.

Currently, she lives in Norwalk, CT with her husband, stepsons, and puppy. She continues to enjoy the beach and the mountains with all that Fairfield County has to offer by spending her free time going on family hikes, paddle boarding, playing pickleball, Yahtzee, and bowling!
