One comment was that our backyard wasn’t kid-friendly enough so she got creative with a rubber ducky scavenger hunt and the kids were everywhere in the yard – climbing, laughing and having fun! Kaori is a great communicator with all parties to the transaction. She regularly kept in touch with and updated our attorney and the buyer’s agent, always keeping track of what needed to get done, and joining calls whenever needed. She skillfully juggled offers as they came in to avoid closing off any deals, while still helping us get the best one. Buying and selling real estate is stressful; Kaori made it much less so. Beyond her professional expertise and commitment to her clients, she is a wonderful person with a great sense of humor, just plain fun to work with.
