David is a bi-lingual and bi-cultural rental / sale agent in Fairfield County. Born and raised in the city of Trujillo, Peru, located on the coast of the Pacific Ocean, David graduated with a degree in Engineering focused in Animal Science and Industrial Processes. David has been a resident of Fairfield County for over a decade.

As a believer in entrepreneurship, he and his wife Mercedes founded their own business in Stamford, "K9PETZ - Canine Coiffures LLC", a holistic pet care / pet grooming / boarding company which highlights the value of animals in community life. His efforts as a contributor to various organizations are dedicated to project the professional experience to the community as a factor that encourages participation of all its members, big and small.

David also played a leadership role in many organizations in the community such as Vice-Chair in Membership at BSA Connecticut Yankee Council in Stamford, Troop 53 in Darien, Community Chair for Yerwood Center in Stamford and as Vice-President at the Greater Stamford Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, where along with his fellow board members created several programs to support the community. Six years ago David and his family started the Yika Family Thanksgiving Breakfast which is a yearly event that provides street laborers with a festive breakfast.

An avid fan and volunteer of the Darien Piranhas Swim Team and the Darien YMCA. David currently resides in Darien with his family and has served as Facilities Manager at Informa Inc. within their Real Estate Department for the past 15 years. David's brings to his clients a wealth of knowledge for real estate and the community, all with a smile.
