We can't thank you enough for your dedication in helping us find our first home!!" Alice recently received a thank you card from a 2021 Wilton High School graduate and son of Alice’s happy sellers that said: “Some People Just Go The Extra Mile. Thanks For Being One Of Them.” Let Alice go the extra mile for you!
A Little About Alice Morgan!
The daughter of a Philadelphia area realtor, Alice Morgan got her first real estate license when she was 19 years old. She has lived and worked in Connecticut since 1975. After living in Westport for four years, she has called Wilton home for over 30 years. Having proudly raised her six children here, Alice's real estate expertise draws upon her extensive knowledge of Wilton, Westport and the surrounding communities. Her long-term involvement in school, athletic and other events in the local community, plus her intimate knowledge of the real estate market, make her an invaluable resource for anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Fairfield County. In addition, the supervision of her own two major construction and renovation projects has given her technical expertise in the building trades that only comes from first-hand experience.
Her children are graduates of New York University, Tulane University, Loyola University of New Orleans, Georgetown University, and Vanderbilt University. One of her daughters graduated from New York Medical School, and she is now a practicing neurologist at the University of Colorado in Denver, CO.
As an active member of Our Lady of Fatima Parish, Alice is a volunteer for Manna House Soup Kitchen and is a driver for the elderly. She volunteered for eight years teaching English as a Second Language with the Literacy Volunteers of America. Alice organizes a monthly book discussion group, as well as a monthly movie and dinner Chick Flick night with friends. Alice loves tennis, reading, biking, walking, friends and adventurous travel. Her travels include self-guided trips to Spain, Costa Rica, Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands, Argentina, the Dominican Republic, and Panama. Perhaps her most memorable travel included a climb to the top of the Giza pyramid in Cairo, Egypt. When not traveling abroad, Alice enjoys riding waves at the Jersey shore.
