About Stephen Shea

Steve Shea heads the Global Property Services (GPS) Division of Chilton & Chadwick Global Real Estate Concierge.

Steve’s background is in finance and marketing, with both disciplines entailing international engagements from which he gained a broader, more global perspective.  Leading GPS, Steve coordinates with our global luxury property developer relationships to create marketing plans that showcase their properties to both our regional HNWI customer base and internationally through Higgins Group’s access to leading luxury real estate domains across the globe.  Steve is comprehensive in his market analysis and the conception process, while staying attuned to those attributes that distinguish Chilton & Chadwick.

Steve earned a BSBA-Management degree from Northeastern University and an MBA-Finance degree from New York University.  He is a resident of Greenwich, CT.
