As a young single mother, Sharon raised 4 children while building her business.  She brings with her an extensive background in real estate beginning in 1997 as a mortgage broker, then mortgage banker in 2005, which asset brings an array of skills including analysis of market conditions for interest rates and home values, as well as calculating cash to close and net proceeds. 

Sharon received her license as a New Jersey Realtor in 2011 while continuing her banking licenses, which now cover NJ, NY, CT, FL and PA.  She fell in love with Connecticut when her son attended Quinnipiac University.  She then helped him purchase his first home in Shelton CT, in 2023.  She moved to Shelton, CT soon thereafter so that she could expand her household for the benefit of her aging father who needed more care. 

Sharon became a licensed realtor within months of moving, so she could continue her passion of helping others with home ownership.  Sharon helps first time buyers, move up buyers and sellers, and those who are looking to downsize.  She has experience with luxury homes and can cater to that market as well.  Sharon has a track record of building and maintaining relationships, with almost 3 decades of working in this industry.  Sharon joins a team of great agents whose skill set includes contracting staging, and appraisal, and she is so happy to found a place to call home.   She welcomes the opportunity to work with people who can benefit from her unique expertise.
