Over the past 30+ years, Paul has served in various executive capacities and performed various corporate finance, syndication, and distribution functions.

 

He participated in the successful completion of over $3 billion of combined financings during his career, has completed various commercial real estate ventures for hotel, shopping center, and multi-family housing projects, and is a recognized leader and public speaker in technology, media, and telecommunications best practices. Since July 2021, Paul has been an affiliate of Chilton & Chadwick.

 

From March 1991 to present, Paul has held the positions of Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, President, and owner of AIM Group, Inc., an investment holding company. Since April 2022, he has held the position of Chief Executive Officer of Data Health Partners, Inc., a technology-driven healthcare company.

 

As head of Chilton and Chadwick’s Commercial Investment Development Division, Paul’s primary focus within real estate is the acquisition, marketing, development, and sale of commercial properties and multi-family housing in the New York and Connecticut marketplaces.
