Melissa is proud to call Fairfield home for the past 20 years. Along with raising a family and pursuing her passion in real estate, Melissa is a self proclaimed foodie, lover of all sports, and an avid health and fitness enthusiast. While attending the University of North Carolina at Wilmington where she graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Melissa was also a member of the Women's Golf Team, and Captain her senior year. The thrill of competition runs in her veins. Melissa also has years of experience in the yachting industry as a yacht charter broker that has shaped her approach to client service—anticipating needs, delivering discretion and providing a high-touch experience tailored to each individual.
