About Jon Polayes

Jon calls himself both a WestSider, NYC, and a Westporter, having grown up in both environments. Jon began his working career at the start of the 6th grade when, through all of high school, he sang at the Metropolitan Opera, including the opening of Philharmonic Hall at Lincoln Center. His youth was also spent as a Westport lifeguard and head guard. There followed an undergraduate study at UCONN, majoring in economics. Jon’s working career resumed at Abraham & Straus and continued to Gimbels and Fortunoff, starting as an assistant buyer and progressing to an assistant store manager and then buyer. It was during that time that Jon met and married his beautiful wife, Joan. His career changed again when he became a high school teacher and college professor in NYC. Upon his retirement in 2012, Jon brought his varied skills to a new career in real Estate. To this new career, Jon will utilize those skills to;

• Listen to clients and answer all their questions

• Create a process that is as free from stress as can be designed

• Make clients comfortable in their endeavors and help them reach their desired goals

• Always have questions or requests answered within 24 hours or better
