About Casey Diestel

Casey grew up in Bergen County, New Jersey, before heading north to attend Quinnipiac University, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management. More than a decade later, Connecticut is the place he is proud to call home and help others discover.

Casey’s connection to real estate actually took root long before earning a license. During high school and college, he worked summer jobs in landscaping, painting, and commercial flooring — hands-on jobs that meant spending long days inside homes and businesses at every stage of transformation. That early exposure sparked a genuine appreciation for properties: how they're built, how they're maintained, and what it takes to turn a space into somewhere people are proud to live or work.

Before entering into real estate, Casey compiled nine years in healthcare operations, working directly with physicians and their organizations in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. That experience shaped the way Casey approaches every client relationship today: with patience, clear communication, and an unwavering commitment to doing right by the people who trust him with one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
