Stephanie Lofaro-Gerlach is a referral agent in Connecticut with The Higgins Group and is the Operations Manager for Martha Stewart in Bedford, N.Y.

Stephanie has over 25 years of managerial experience across multiple departments as well as geographic locations. After successful careers at BCG, Disney, and Investcorp, where she was responsible for extensive administrative functions, she was tapped to open the flagship Americas office for CVC Capital Partners, a multi-billion-dollar Private Equity firm. Stephanie was responsible for all facilities leasehold negotiations, building management relations, RFPs to GCs and construction managers, overseeing all subsequent contract negotiations and managing the projects from start to finish. She worked closely with brokers, architects, engineers, MEPs, and all other trades to ensure CVC had office space that aligned with their budget and overall corporate vision.
