Marty Ann was born in New Jersey and moved to Connecticut over 25 years ago. Prior to getting her real estate license, Marty worked for Maui Jim Sunglasses as a Key Account Executive. Similar to the Higgins Group, Maui Jim had a customer-centric focus and treated both colleagues and customers like family.

Real Estate has been a passion for Marty from a young age. Her mother was an interior designer who worked in Real Estate. Marty loved driving around town with her mom looking at all the beautiful homes in the area and thought deeply about how she could maximize the potential value of homes through minor renovations and staging. When she wasn’t with her mom she would work alongside her father doing renovations on their own home to turn it into a dream home that her mother had always wanted.

Marty is very familiar with the Fairfield county real estate market having owned a home in Norwalk for eight years before moving to Greenfield Hill in 2017 where she resides with her husband, 3 children, and two large dogs. The family is actively involved in many Fairfield athletic and club associations.
