Kristen Perez has been with Higgins Group Real Estate in Westport for the last four years as a licensed REALTOR® and is also our Westport office manager.
She grew up in Wilton, graduated from Wilton High School, and went on to UConn for her Bachelors. Her real estate career began in AZ back in 2003 where she was part of the 100% Club for Top Producing Agents. Her love for Fairfield County brought her back. Ultimately settling in Fairfield, where she has lived for almost ten years.
As a long-time resident of Fairfield County, she brings expansive area knowledge to our clientele. Kristen also worked for Mitchells of Westport for over ten years where she created a uniquely warm environment and built trusting relationships. Outside of work she is a devoted Mother. She dedicates time to supporting her daughter’s activities in sports, school, drama club and her Girl Scout Troop.
