Prior to joining the Higgins Group, Kristen served as the President and COO of The Clubhouse Group, a premier baseball training facility for over 500 young players to professional athletes. Kristen oversaw building the brand from the inside out. Her role included brand strategy and creation, marketing design, client relationships, employee development and hiring, technology, office management, payroll, tax and legal liaise, plus travel logistics for dozens of teams and families each season. She has planned and organized player events, college showcases, social media campaigns, publicity, and PR.

Kristen also brings her branding and organizational skills to support sellers, along with the realtors that represent them. She uses her eye for aesthetics and design to put one’s best foot forward on every occasion visually.
