Francis started his real estate career in San Diego, California, providing property management services for the commercial properties of a 1+ Billion dollar real estate investment firm, Pacifica Enterprises. While at Pacifica, he helped manage over $250 million worth of assets. In 2019, he supervised the construction of single family-homes and founded Waveleone to provide a wide spectrum of real estate services including investment, acquisition, project management, construction, and asset management. Partnering with Vanderblue at Higgins Group Private Brokerage in 2020, Francis provides real estate consultant services for investors and clients in the Northeastern Region of the US.

Francis is a value-creating professional and has an innovative mindset with the pursuit to better the local communities. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Syracuse University and is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, North San Diego County Association of Realtors, Bridgeport Board of Realtors, and CT Real Estate Investors Association.
