About Elizabeth Tardif

With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry representing clients in the process of buying, selling or investing in real estate, I have accumulated a wealth of knowledge and expertise in understanding the local real estate market, how the industry works, and how to assist clients in achieving their real estate goals. My standards for ethical business practices, market knowledge, and professionalism are exceptional, and the interests and needs of my clients are always the highest priority.

As an industry professional, I have served as President-Elect for the Mid-Fairfield County Association of REALTORS® and as a Board Member for the Connecticut State Association of REALTORS®. During my service, I developed and implemented new programs to educate fellow professionals as well as consumers on industry practices and procedures in an effort to improve professional standards and consumer understanding on how to achieve successful real estate transactions.

As a long-time resident of Fairfield County, I have extensive knowledge of the cities and towns and what makes each unique. My knowledge helps clients identify the best location for their personal preferences when making real estate investments. Understanding how to match what the market has to offer with the needs and preferences of each client is key to a successful and rewarding transaction.

In addition to being a real estate professional, I am an active contributor to the vibrant visual art scene in Fairfield County as a small business owner, artist, and art professional. I currently provide gallery management services for a community art gallery and have served on many local committees and Boards in the community.
